Is this a 1973 oil tank (1 year only)

Can anyone help me verify if this is a 1973 oil tank? It has the separate oil filter console but uses an OC54 filter. Any idea of the value?

It is a73 tank, looks pretty nice, they tend to rust on top under the big rubber gasket, don’t see any sign of perforation on this tank. I’m not very good with value.

Thanks for your input. I have it listed in the 911 parts forum for $300.
