Help Finding Original Owner

I recently acquired a 1975 Guards Red Cabriolet with 930 body work that was originally a Targa. The owner I purchased from knows little about the car and I was hoping to locate the original owner. Currently the car has idle issues so I brought it to a tuner that is familiar with Electromotive. Rather than start from scratch and risk erasing the old file, we’re hoping to track down the current BIN file. Any help is greatly appreciated!
