1977 911S winshield wiper relay removal

I am trying to troubleshoot my wiper system it is not working at all. I believe it might be a relay or the lever stalk on the steering column. I have removed the blower and blower box and located the relay which I ordered from Pelican should have it tomorrow but I noticed that the screw has to be removed from underneath the frame anyideas of how to access this screw? Thanks John

Dis you ever find issue with your wipers, was it the relay ?
