Pull the tranny and have someone rebuild it, I had it done by a Porsche mechanic for about $2500 a few years ago.

He finished the rebuild himself, a few weeks ago.

Oh my god, @zoa nom, I have not seen you in ages.... I finished the G50 a couple of weeks ago after waiting weeks for the parts to show. PM me and we can talk G50. You are not a serious DIY until you tackle one of these.

What can be done on a G50 for ... $2,500? Did he just go in, swap the broken shaft, come back out without doing anything else?
