Brake fluid reservoir anti-humidity pipe

Has anyone replaced the brittle plastic tubing that's connected to the anti-humidity pipe, which looks the looped head of a cotter pin?

My understanding is that the replaced tubing needs to be EPDM, PTFE, or nylon(?)

Is that copper pipe a factory installed part?
This looks like it might be a modification by previous owner to prevent brake fluid loss from the reservoir during track events.

There’s no “anti-humidity” line on any brake reservoir. Atmospheric moisture enters through the cap and absorbs into the fluid, there’s no avoiding this.
That copper line looks like thermocouple line from a natural gas appliance rigged for some purpose.
The yellowing hose in that photo looks like washer fluid hose used to circumvent or hold something that’s not evident.

Theres an overflow port on that new reservoir that should connect appx. 4-6 mm brake line hose then is routed along left fender and out and down to the pavement.

Brake overflow hose

Where can you get the overflow hose for the brake reservoir?
