Disconnected Connectors in engine bay

I just took the black plastic cover off to inspect my fuse panel in the engine bay as I’m troubleshooting a heater blower motor issue. First time inspecting this part of my car and noticed two connectors that aren’t connected to anything. What am I missing?

One is a black 3 pin connector next to CDI box.
The other is a 1 pin connector that is transparent yellowish plastic close to the taillight assembly.

The car is not a sportomatic but for some reason there is a fuse in that location - any ideas?

The black connector was for external regulator -you have alternator on the engine now with internal regulator..the brown wire is for the safety switch at the air flow sensor..here is some reading
