Just a short note to confirm what others on this board have said....

Don't replace the old twin batteries on early cars with the same old lead/acid technology. I've just splashed out on a single 1200CCA Odyssey to replace my (only three year old) twin system. There is a distinct weight saving and power of these batteries is awesome. I don't think my car has ever started so responsively. Recommended

Did you say 1200 CCA battery? Are you sure it wasn't just, CA? And how much does this lightweight weigh? Sherwood Lee http://members.rennlist.org/911pcars |

The odyssey pc1200 is 1200 CA not CCA. But John is right, these things put out very impressive power for their weight!

			Oops, I meant CA!

I think the battery is about the same weight as a normal acid filled one, but given that I only need one (placed in what is MY passenger side {left}) I guess you could say I've halved my battery weight. I would have bought one of you Chuck had I been in the US.... Shipping would have been a killer!
