A post aluminium chassis plate (next to windscreen)
Hello all,
I'm about to fix the small aluminium plate to the A post. It's been some years since I drilled out the rivets, and it looks like I've cleaned it with steel wool some time in the past. Can anyone confirm if this plate should be painted in a satin black, or is it left bare aluminium? Many thanks. |

Black anodized aluminum. Don’t believe the originals were ever painted.
