Electric Windows 911sc -1980
Both electric widows will not work on my Porsche 911 sc , 1980 model. I've used a multimeter to confirm the fuse is not blown and that 12v of power is getting to each of the 3 window switches. I've replace the relay. I also replaced the drivers side window switch. any suggestions for how to repair?

Sounds like you need to test/replace the motors if you've confirmed everything else works up to them.

Test for 12V at the motor terminals when you press the switch up and down.

Dont forget to check the motor ground. I'm going to assume that your 911 may have sat for a while since niether window is working. I have seen the ceramic bullet fuses pass 12v but with heavy corrosion (resistance) on the tips of the fuse can reduce current flow, and those motors need the amps to operate. So clean fuse holder contacts and wire brush or replace the fuse.
