What dipstick is correct for a 71 911?

My 911 had a dipstick in it that has 3 bends in it and a max line. I ordered a genuine Porsche dipstick recently and it is about an inch shorter and has no bends. From some research through various part suppliers it seems like they both show up? But that doesn’t seem right. Which one is correct?
