Did your lurking turn anything up? This is an aircooled focused forum.

Rennlist is a better place to troubleshoot watercooled issues. Most of our cars don't have power steering let alone active engine mounts.

My '84 had an active engine mount...under braking especially. Finally just replaced it, as it was 40 years old...
