Cleaning 911 Fuchs

What is the best way to remove these spots? I've used McGuire wheel cleaner and this was left.

Thank you

Gordon

The finesst Scotch Brite pad and soap and water.
To be honest looking at the paint have you thought of a full restauration and repaint.
Recently got mine done and they look brand new. Previous owner had lightly curbed one of the wheels and I figured after 15 years it was time for a refresh.
