Cool Porsches

Well, I went looking for Chris Striet's Silver turbo at the local Toys R Us, but I don't think they'll ever have it. It seems I may have to order it.

But while I was there I did pick up a set of Penny Racers that are all Porsches. They, of course, don't call them that, but it is obviously what they are, 910, 911SC Rally, 928, and a 959.

On top of that a guy at work gave me his red '89 911 Speedster

What's cool though is that when I order Chris's '82 silver turbo I will also order a red '85 Carrera.

They shut the local KMart down, but I also found the only '82 Vette painted in the standard two-tone instead of with the anniversary colors available online (for my dad), so I will be ordering that too, but thanks for the offer.

Here's my collection including the one that I "built" from a cut-out.

exc911ence,
very, very cool! I had no idea that hotwheels and matchbox had made some of those. It looks like the only one you are missing is the old 917 hotwheel like I had back when I was in grade school. I wish I still had those old hotwheels and I think my two year old gear-head son wishes so even more!

I thought that my Hot Wheels scale collection was fairly impressive at (now) 89 cars... I recently spoke to a guy with 200 different Porsche Hot Wheels cars. Of course, he owns an automobilia store...
