Gauge face question
What happen to this gauge? The gauge has never been serviced or opened. It's all fogged up. I opend the gauge and found out the foggy material is glue-like material. How does it get in there the first place? I was able to clean up the glue with thinner. Any comment?

That's kind of weird. It's actually normal for that gauge and the combo gauge next to it to get water condensation, but it's usually exactly that, water.

I have a gauge in the helicopter that seems to have a vent problem that causes it to fog up when it gets warm. Something similar happening there?

I hate to deviate from the question; but that looks like a great steering wheel ...do you have a full picture of it??

You might give North Hollywood Speedometer a call about the gauge. I'm sure they'll have the answer. (Nice wheel, by the way!)
