Gas guage calibration??
I replaced the sending unit in my 73.5T and the dash guage is off. I pulled out the guage but could not find any simple way to adjustment the needle - what do I need to do??

I can't help but I'm curious about the answer as well since I'm dropping in a new tank and sending unit into my 73.
I also wanted to say hi since I lived in Pasadena for 15 years and my wife is from La Canada - Flintridge.

you could have the sender outside the tank and test it that way..

I know this sounds simple but...
the new sending units have a pin in them when shipped. This keeps the float stationary so it does not get damaged. Did you remove the pin? btw, I got your email this morning. I have been at work a lot and not checking my home email. I'll get back to you tonight.
