FINALLY some progress......pics
went to the body shop this morning.......finally some progress from this well........what can i say.......she's dented pretty heavily....
body is now strait and waiting for paint........then the suspension damage will get sorted out..............soon..........soon.......i hope we started from this...... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

It's a little hard to tell from the pictures, did they not remove the rear window to do the repairs?

no.......they ended up pulling and straitening the rear quarter....
knowing the removal/reinstallation of the rear window to replace the entire quarter would be a ***** and didn't want to create more "issues" than needed......fine by me, so far i'm pleased with the results of the bodywork.

Repairing the quarter with the window in place is suitable in many cases. I would keep a close eye on the paint edge that sometimes developes when the quarter is refinished with the window in place, specifically along the edge of the quarter moulding.. It's not uncommon to see the paint start to peel from this area in 6 months or less.
