Update on Fender Bender

Looks like I might be getting my car back from the body shop next week. You can see the progress at the following site:

http://www.fantasticfinishesofpalmbeach.com

Once you are at the site, click on Check Vehicle, then click on number 22. The body shop takes pictures of the car and posts them on their web site for customers to follow progress. It is a neat idea. As you can imagine, I can't wait to get my car back, especially since I'm driving around in a Buick Regal insurance rental.

Holy smoke Have i been out of the loop! I just got back from NoVa this morning, and did not even know that the car was in the shop. Sorry to hear about it , but glad it is already on the road back to recovery. Please let me know if I can help in anyway.
Regards.
George

Thanks George, I'm just hoping that they were able to match the paint. They are blending new paint on the hood and passenger door plus re-painting the bumper (should take care of all the stone chips on hood and bumper from driving on the turnpike and I-95 so often). The paint matching is my only concern although this shop prides itself in their state of the art computerized paint matching process. Hard to tell by just looking at the pictures on their site. I plan to drop by the shop tomorrow to see the car. Thanks for the offer.

Ruben. I checked out the body shops website. Looks like a first class business. I especially like the "progress pics". Neat idea (I even sent them an email and told them so). Looks like they know what they are doing. Let us know how the paint turns out. Poorsha.

Ruben,
I am sure they will do a fine job, especially when they blend the new paint into the right door. Let me know when you get it back I like to take a look.

Looking at the two new pictures today (see web site in first message on this thread) it looks like a good match on the paint. I will confirm when I can get to the shop in person in the next couple of days. They are waiting on the headlight kit and should be installing the newly painted bumper and spoiler tomorrow. I'm still hoping I can get the car back this week.
