heat related?
This only happens on start up when it is very hot outside (90+) and I am leaving for lunch from work (anywhere from 12-2p). The car starts up fine, but the first one or two times I let off the gas and depress the clutch the tach seems to plummet, not catch itself, and the car dies. After a few minutes no problems. Other than that no troubles at other times as well.
Replaced the idle air controller last year. Any ideas why the heat might seem to have something to do with this? Not a major issue (as of now) but I would like to see if anyone has ideas. thanks erik dorsch
