Clutch Cable
Greetings,
Changing the clutch cable on a 85 Cabriolet. I noticed that there is a $20 Cofle option (930-423-401-05) and a $90 Gemo option (930-423-401-09). Searching the forum it seems that the Gemo is the preferred option. Is this still the consensus? |

Hi

Less expensive cables are usually smaller diameter cables. Pay more and get a better cable. Stock Porsche cables are expensive but are nicely made.

I just installed the Cofle option and works great. Appeared to be good quality and visually the same (including cable diameter). I've only used it for 2-3 weeks, but no issues in install or operation.
