4.5" fuchs value

I have 5ea. of the narrow fuch wheels. Straight, but need restoration. Any ideas on the value of them?

Thanks,

A.B.

I've seen two pairs offered at recent swap meets. The first at $600 (Pomona) and the second at $750 (Seattle). Neither sold. I bought a nice single at Pomona in Apr for $125, but I think most will agree that's on the low side.
Sent you a PM.

Hi,

I have had several inquiries regarding these wheels. I apologize in advance if I have not gotten back to everyone, this is my office computer-and occasionally I am in the field. Also, just found 2 bulletin board messages I had missed- I am a newbie with this board. Anyhow still looking for some guidance on these wheels. I have 5 ea. and although I realize these are certainly not ming vases, would like to figure a fair value assuming they check out satisfactorily. This site is fantastic and I have learned a ton in the short time I have been visiting here.

Thanks!

Alba

Restored, they would be worth at least $400/wheel, so subtract the cost of an excellent refinishing job and you are looking at $250/wheel in their current condition.

That's my best guess. YMMV.
