what will my 69T be worth when I'm done?

I've got a 1969 911T targa, but I'm replacing the floorpans, rocker support inner/outer rocker, jack support and jack shaft. The body has some rust bubbles and 1 dent. I'm just curious what my 911 T would be worth when I'm done repairing the rust, and have nice body work done to it. The engine runs good, but it has the 4 speed tranny. odometer reads something like 95k miles. No chips in class, no cracks on dash (just one small one on the right knee guard), i'm probably going to get new carpet aswell. It will either be irish green or polo red.

will the replaced rocker/jack support/floor pans significantly hurt the cars value?

Probably half of your restoration costs.

It depends largely on condition. I have seen alot of nice t's selling online for around 7 and 8k, but some really perfect ones for 15k, poor ones around 3500 to 5000. Also keep in mind that your car is the last year accepted for sovern racing they allow cars up to and through 1969.

But consider that if you maintain it it will only increase in value as they become more rare. Not to mention that it is so fun to drive. The more original the better for the value I think in the long term.
