So you are finally getting into it, hm? Good job. And always do the tranny and engine together for a drop. I don't understand how someone could think up this partial drop of the engine alone.
It's painfull enough to mate the tranny with the engine while both are out of the car. I don't even want to think about it with the tranny in the car. Today I threw in new torsion bars and adjustable spring plates into mine. 29 hollows and 21 solids. Also upgraded the front sway bar. Turbo tie rods and brackets for the rear sway bar are on its way from our host. It's finally handling a lot better. Once I get the shocks revalved and the rear torsion bar mounted it should be good for some track action. Ingo |
