Guys,
This morning I'm driving to crew practice and I heard a soft pop from the back of the car. Check the Temp & Alt lights...nothing is wrong but I quickly pull in to the Riverside Boat Club parking lot.

Open the hood and the AC & Fan belts are toast. The fan was turning only because a couple of threads were attached...I don't know how.

Without you guys sharing your experiences I might have just figured I'd run over a rock and it rattled around the wheel well. However, I knew that any miscalculation was going to cost me an engine.

You don't know how much you learn by reading the BBS every day, until you need it. BTW, I put in magnecor's yesterday and had to move the AC compressor. I think I either didn't have the AC belt on right or I had it too tight.
