Porsches-to-Pinckney Photos
There were about 100+ cars at Porsches-to-Pinckney (Michigan) on Saturday. Here's a few photos:
Nice 550 replica (the background scenery's not bad either .....) Only 3 early cars showed up, here's mine and Jeff Uhlman's awesome green 70S: This beautiful silver C4S Turbo-look couldn't shake the Gray Wolf during the poker run, no matter how hard he tried ..... ![]() Jeff's 70S: The lone ducktail: 72 RSR-look: That's Pelicanhead "azasadny"s red Targa 3rd down the line:

Curt,
Thanks for the pics, I have a few of your beattiful "Gray Wolf". You car looks even better "in person" than in the pics I've seen of it. It was great to meet you and everyone else, we had a wonderful time in spite of the bad weather Friday evening. The "Porsche Gods" cooperated on Saturday and the clear weather held out. We plan on attending next year and are looking forward to it! Do you happen to know the guy's name who owns the lime green 1974 Carrera? He is from Ohio, but he stores the car in Brighton, MI. Thanks again and take care!!

Then I fired up my motorcycle and went to Pinckney on Saturday. The fever is at all-time high. So many gorgeous cars. I was hoping if I saw a bunch all in one place I'd be able to better narrow down an age range. No, they are all cool. I think I still want a blue one. At least something remained constant after running over there.

Here's a side view of my car...
Here's a side view of our '74 that the Shanley's were kind enough to email to us...
I'm trying to find the owner of the green '74 Carrera from the Porsches to Pinckney outing. He was from Ohio, but the car is stored in Brighton, MI. He was alone and wore Sparco/Puma racing shoes. He is the original owner of the car....
