To create oversteer with the sway bars, you would stiffen the rear and/or loosen the front.

To make the rear bar stiffer, you would make the C-D arm shorter (move the link from D towards C)

To make the front bar less stiff, you would make the A-B arm longer (move the link from B towards A)

I would recommend making only one change at a time, but I would tend to stiffen the rear first.
