What Does This Connect To (pics)

I'm hoping someone can enlighten me on where this electrical conector goes. It branches off from the main harness going back to the rear for the lights.

That would normally connect to the thermo-time valve for you CIS (vacuum to the WUR). Run a search on thermo-time valve.

Thanks Souk, that would explain the new vacuum line coming off the advance & why the line going into the AAV was plugged off. I'll have to research this somemore & decide what I want to do. I have only on more smog test before I'm exempt, I may remove all the smog B.S. & backdate my system with SSIs ect. My car runs a bit rough when I start it, but I can live with that as long as it doesn't blow up my airbox before I can install my new pop off.

Paul, the thermo-time valve is not directly interacting with the AAV or the dist. advance.

There is a link to a good CIS Primer site link to by my web page (sorry it needs updating).
