HP for US vs ROW SC
 
Could anyone confirm if the following HP numbers are correct for US and ROW SC?

78 180 180
79 180 180
80 180 188
81 180 204
82 180 204
83 180 204

My understanding is that the HP number of 180 I show for US cars is measured the european way (whatever that means). When measured the US way (again, no idea what this means) this number reduces to 172. Is this right?

I would appreciate if someone could show equivalent numbers for US and ROW Carreras that were produced from 84 to 89.
