scraping noise from rear brakes

I just installed new rear rotors and when I turn the rear hubs I hear a scraping sound, which I think is the shroud, but I couldn't see anything rubbing.

Suggestions? should I be concerned?

Look into your parking brakes (shoes inside rotor) - I had a similar concern and found no problem after removing and adjusting.
