Rockers, what do you think? Dotorg, your thresholds reminded me!

Its been a long year working on this old Targa, thought I would post a few pics on my 1st use of a mig welder and a hack at a bit of body work. When I bought the car last year it was all freshly painted so I hated cutting her but a tear in the rocker forced the surgery.

The thresholds installed

Anyone got pictures of the "threshold rails" in an early 911?

Nice work! Now get down here to Portland and start on mine before the rain sets in!

Seriously - looks great.

Pete,

Great job on this! If I get you a plane ticket to Boston, will come and do mine? : )

Please call me to discuss more, I want to hear all about it. 508-341-8576.

I've been traveling all summer so all projects are delayed, but I hope to get on to the welding last week of August.

Take care

Shaun
