rubber window stop
I tried replacing the window stop on the driver's side but discovered that it's riveted in. How does one go about removing the old piece and installing new rivets. Is there another way such as replacing the rubber alone?

Mine have screws on the top but the vertical piece is riveted to the window frame. I'll take pics of it tomorrow. Thanks for your response RoninLB.

I guess drill and re-rivit then. sometimes I use threaded rivits.. but for that unit I guess a quick squeeze is easier. and it's going to be there permanently for another 30yrs........Ron

Is this just a dumb question or has no one else replaced a window stop on a targa or cab before? |
