Marelli Symbol
Hi, I am replacing the points on my 77 911 3.0 (ROW). I think the distributor is a Marelli. All I could find without popping the distributor out was a round symbol. According to my pictures from a Haynes Manual, it looks like a Marelli not a Bosch. I took the points out but nothing on them either except a worn round symbol. Any suggestions.

I don't belive that they put marelli distributor's on anything after 71.
Here's the link to pics of a bosch. FS: 82 SC distributor (ignition) w/new cap + rotor $100
