Help on Tire size for wider rims.

I called a Tire Dealer that was recommended.and asked if they had 16" tires to fit 9 and 11 " rims. They told me I'd have to give them the numbers off the tires for them to check.I need your help on that part of the problem. There are no tires now, that's why I wanted to get a quote for some new ones.
Appreciate any help on this.

16x9 -- 245 45 16

I think you are going to be screwed on 16x11.

the only sizes that I can find bigger for 16 are truck tires that will end up being several inches too tall. You may have to go to racing slicks or something.

Good luck!

Tire manufacturers just aren't making wide tires for small diameter wheels anymore (16" or smaller). Unless you go to an R-compound tire, such as the Hoosier R3S03 or the Kuhmo V700, you won't find anything wide enough for a 16 x 11 wheel. That being said, you could run a 275/45 Hoosier or a 265/45 Kuhmo on the 11" wide wheel. You might consider making the move to 17 or 18 inch wheels where the tire selection is much better.
