964 CAM timing in a 3.0 ...need help.

I am rebuilding my sc motor. It now has 964 cams in it (regrinds). I have the cams in, rockers on #1 and #4, timing chains on, cams dot mark positioned up. Anyone know exactly how to explain the cam timing here? Does any one know the degrees on #1 and #4 (overlap) at tdc and bdc? Any help or suggestions with this would be appreciated as long as u have EXPERIENCE with it. Thank you all very much. BTW, i do have a dial indicator, it is positioned over #1 retainer and ready to go as soon as i hear from someone.
