stuck front brake rotor?

So, how hard am I supposed to pull on the rotor? The bearings are out, and the caliper is off, and the rotor is wobbling on the spindle, but something is preventing it from being pulled off.

I've been searching for 30 minutes, and 101 projects isn't helping either. Help!

Just had to be a little more assertive... a length of 1x2 behind the rotor helped gently pry it off.
