Flash site doesn't equal a bad site, yes I would skip an intro too, but just because you use flash for the navigation etc. won't necessarily translate to slow loading times etc. It just gets a bad rep because it is often misused.

I too would be weary about using those images on the bottom as they appear all to be from the Porsche.com site - I don't think they would take kindly to that. In general though the design is very nice but a bit high contrast.
