While its out oil fixes
 
Aside from the oil tubes leaking on the top part of the motor[2.4T what seals or things should i replace while its out.

well check your thermostat to make sure it is in spec and replace the o ring on it. Also the case breather gasket. Check your bushings on your fuel system throttles to make sure they are not worn out, replace old fuel lines, especially the cis plastic lines, convert to steel. Fire bad. You may want to see if your fire wall mat is still glued in well, they start to come apart after a while and it is hard to do with an engine in the car. Soft fuel lines under car, check those.
throttle body to intake casees get old and start to get loose which can lead to fire.

anything that looks worn, just replace it and save the hassle in the future.
