Brake rotor to hub

After reading Carroll Smith’s book on fasteners, I have always believed that a washer should be under every bolt head and nut. What about Porsche brake rotors? I am upgrading to Carrera front calipers and rotors and I found a washer under the nut but the bolt head seated directly against the brake rotor. Looking at a picture in a Bentley Manual (yea I know a Bentley) I see only one washer. Also I assume the heat is too great for a nylock? I will probably use some Locktite.

No washers on mine (bolt side) and I have a few around here. No nylocks on brake parts! There are locking nuts available with no nylon insert or you can safety wire them. I'd use the one washer though; always a flat or wavy washer against aluminum.
