Hot start problem

Hi to all, im experiencing a strange problem.

Heres my set-up:
2.2E with S-cams
Permatune (sigh)
Bosch 2.2 Dizzy
Blue Coil
Webers

Heres my problem:
I cannot fire the engine once hot, after a short stop, lets say a gas fill-up. If i let it cool down for a while, it fires again. But it cranks hot or cold. I have no problem with cold start, fires right away after letting the fuel pump fill the carbs, then pumping the gas pedal 3 times. Bingo ever time.

i thought that it could be fuel percolating when i saw white smoke coming out of the area between the manifolds and the Webers bodies. But the engine temp rarely sees 210 and the problem occurs no matter what the engine temp is. And once running, i have no shortage of any sort.

So i suspect an electric/electronic component getting hot and malfunctionning. Am i wrong? What could that be? Thanks for helping.
