Mufflers again

Do any of you know how a gutted 3.2 muffler or a single in/ single out flowmaster compare in terms of flow and hp gain versus a Dansk sport muffler?

Thanks

Realistically, you're not gonna get much (if any) gain in HP with just a muffler swap. When i put on my Flowmaster, it was solely for more noise (i mean...music). I decided on the Flowmaster due to it's sound 'quality' --raw,mechanical grind/growl.
Nobody will argue that the Dansk is a quality unit, built w/ SS, but you'll pay for it also. (my Flowmaster cost $200. parts/labor installed).

Anyway, if you want cheap, easy HP with a noticable difference, swap your DME chip for one of Steve W's (see other posts).

My $.02

Add,
All 3 muffler options you mentioned 'sound' differently. Since HP increase wasn't my main concern, it was the different sound that each muffler emits that i had to decide upon. I also considered a gutted 3.2 muffler, but to me, it sounds 'too hollow', kinda a blatty sound.
Dansk sound good, better quality tone than a gutted stock muffler, but not as raw/raspy/grind that the Flowmaster puts out.
Check out sound files previously posted--do search.

Thanks. I already have a loud Edelbrock system that is getting to be even too loud for me. It's virtually a strait pipe. I let a neighbor drive my car and I could hear it 1/2 mile away. As a result, I'm looking to install a dansk premuffler and a single in/out flowmaster exactly like yours in the hope that it will tone the sound down a bit.

I'd just like to see a light wt. titianium muffler that sounds good and doesn't lose any hp over stock.

The new 'Vette has a Ti exhaust system -- we are falling behind...
