Say hello at race - Road Atlanta
To all Atlanta (or nearby) Pelican Heads planning/coming to the Double SARRC this weekend. I'll be running my 3.8 RSR in GT1. I'll have the Pelican sticker on the side. Stop by and say hello. You're welcome to hang out. There will be two of us with 993's in the same pit.

Paul - there's a good sized Pelican crowd in ATL - a few of us were at the PCA DE last weekend. I'll be sure to look for you if I make it to the track Saturday or Sunday. BTW - what color is your car?

Just curious, seems like a good bit going on around Atlanta this weekend, but is anybody going to the Rennfest get together south of town?

I posted about this race a few days ago... I will be sure to stop by and say hello. We are also having a cookout Sat night if you (or anyone else) wants to join us you are welcome. We will be set up down near turn 1, past the tech shed down the little hill on the right. Look for the O'Connell Motorsports trailer.

rattlsnak- I've alerady got the car to beat John. Mine is a 92 cup car bought up to 3.8RSR (96) specs. 425hp at the flywheel. This is from the dyno. Brand new 6 speed with fabcar shifter. My new trialer is not ready so I'll be with John. We should have a nice set-up on the upper paddock. If you are looking for engine. There is a spare motor that I did not get with my car. Ask me about it this weekend. It is one hell of a deal.
No word on my stolen car. Hopefully it will show up somewhere. My car is white and blue with a pelican sticker on the rear quarter. Paul |
