Where to get Leather Upholstery? Bay Area, CA

I am looking to get my Recaro seats refurbished w/ new foam and leather in the Bay Area, CA and am looking for help. The seats are out of a '77 911 turbo and are currently cloth. I am looking for someone who does good quality work w/ good quality materials. Or maybe someone knows where I can order a kit from so I can do them myself (I have done this before). Thanks for your help.

Just got my original seats back from Armand's uphosltery in Walnut Creek on North Main. The skins are in great shape but stretched out due to a hefty PO. Had the seats restuffed and kept the skins. They do great work but I'm not satisfied with the rebuild on my seats (they're not miracle workers). I'll replace them w/SRDs next year. Anyway, I recommend Armand's nonetheless.

When I picked up my seats I saw a classic convertible Mustang completely gutted so I'm sure they work on door panels. I'm just not certain about carpets.

Dunno about your area but the PO of my '75 ordered the special leather from Germany -- he gold-plated most of the car so that's in line with the other things he did. I think it was called Gmund leather, so maybe it comes from that town, but I don't know anything else about ordering.
