Source for small A/C condenser?
Does anyone know a source for an A/C condenser that would be small enough to fit inside the rear fender in front of the tire? Someone besides Griffiths that is. Would a condenser from a later 911 work?
thanks, Chris |
Chris: Why not do one in the front left fender, away from heat of the exhaust?

Try www.iceac.com.
They sold me a condenser and fan assembly that I'm installing in the front left fender of my 84. I forget the exact dimensions, but it's *about* 16x6. Good luck! |
You're still working on that Scott? ;)

Life seems to get in the way, Ryan. There doesn't seem to be enough minutes/days/weeks to get everything done. And, the alternator crapping out shifted my priorities. I hope to have it ALL done this weekend. Yeah, right....
How did the engine drop go? I saw the thread...have you healed yet? Cheers! |
All healed & it went great- 2.5 hours thanks to the guys. The 3.6 better get here soon before the "while you're in there"'s have me take the whole car apart.

Thanks Scott, that's just what I'm looking for.
