You should have no problem selling. It's a nice car with many new and obviously well documented parts.

Personally I wouldn't include "it doesn't grind when shifting gears (at least it didn't when I drove it last week)"

Why mention it if there's no problem? Then the staement in parens raises suspicion....at least for me.
