Transport from Houston to Minneapolis?

Looking for the best way to get a running '88 911 delivered.
I've done the search, and frankly, the over the road transporters are scary, at best.
Please advise of your damage free solutions/experience.
Thanks much!

Hi Mike,

One of my sisters recently had 2 of her vehicles transported from MN to CA. It went from the Land Rover Dealership but i'm pretty sure it was via an independant service. They arrived in CA just fine. Not sure what it would cost you and if they go from TX to MN, but I'll see if she can get me the name of the company that was used.

When I sold my 944S2, the buyer arranged for a place called 'AUTO DELIVERY' to get it to the Minneapolis area from Baton Rouge.

Very nice people. They showed up when they were supposed to and got the car there fast with no problems.

Serious about this.

I have a sister who lives in Houston works for a major airline.
She can drive the car to MSP and fly back, although she hasn't driven a 911 before.
Or I can fly down there very inexpensively and drive the car back.
I can fly down Sat pick up the car and deliver it to your door Sunday night.
Won't cost much.
If you want to do it over some weekend I'm game.
Send me a PM if you are considering it.

Mike

real550A...my sister paid the dealership directly so she did not have the transport company's name. Sorry.

limble...wow that sounds like a wonderful deal...maybe he'll take you up on it.
