Question What is your ride height? Pics of lowered?

My car appears to be riding a little high in the front. I found some threads saying the correct height is 25.5" front and 25" rear.(measured from the ground to the underside of wheel arch) Mine measures 26.25" so I was planning on having it lowered to the 25.5" and the aligned.

What is your car height?

Also, anyone have pics of their car that is lowered?

Thanks!

Mike, it looks like you may have ":" and or spaces in your file name. Web browsers and many computers generally don't like ":" in filenames and spaces can cause some browsers problems. If you rename the file with just letters, numbers, and no spaces you'll have better luck.

obrut,

Nice car. Did you lower the car as far as the adjustment screw would go? What is the ground to wheel arch measurement?

Thanks!

Matt,

Visually, your car looks perfect! But, you guys have to help me out on what the measurement is. I'm taking the car in for an alignment on Monday, so I want to get it dropped to the appropriate height before then.

Thanks!!!

24.5 F / 24.0R , with slightly stiffer than stock suspension.
Works fine on the street, although car washes are out of the question

86930,

I'll measure mine when my (sprained) ankle is better!

This might be a clue for us; I have the same problem as Tony: the boys at my local car wash can't get my car onto their 'assembly line'.

This is my lowered '75 after the RSR bumper installation. Really cool looking. Actually, it was too cool looking for me (I am not that cool), so I raised it back up in front. But hey, you asked for pictures of lowered cars.
