Driver's window doesn't go all the way up

It's about 1/4" short. It's from a 1993, I think...a 964 for sure (think they're all the same from SCs on up)

I took off the panel and farted around with it a while back, but there was no big flashing nut or bolt that said "Turn me!".
How do I adjust this?
