BF Goodrich tires
Anyone have any experience with BFG KDWS tires? Costco sells them pretty cheap and BFG's website says they're great for wet traction and handling in general. Just thinking ahead since wet weather is just around the corner.

Had them and was very pleased. What was amazing was that when I posted a question to the BFG customer service website, I person 'actually' called me....none of the 'email response crap!'
Now, that is customer service. The only problem I had was with Costco. I had a nail and promptly took them in for their 'lifetime hazard warranty.' Costco: You have the z-rated tires? Sorry, not covered. Me: Pointing at the sign, "Hey man, look. It said lifetime." Costco: We apologize for not mentioning that z tires are not covered due to liability. And as you may know, not a lot of shop offer to 'plug/fix' z tires. There is one place though...... Me: Well, I am not going to yell at you since you are just doing your job. Costco: Oh my God! There is a God! Most people would start yelling at me. Thank you. Summary: As of today, Costco has started covering z rated tires. |

They are what I use year-round on my daily driver 89 C4. I like them very much. Not to expensive, not to noisy, excellent in the snow and ice.
