Can someone help me with an Ebay trabsaction question?

No scams, no complaints......just a question..... I won a bid on Ebay a few weeks ago for some centre wheel caps. The guy agreed to ship overseas to me. He sent me the price which is suitable with me. If I were to proceed with the normal paypal process though, it would (I assume) only debit for the amount of the caps and the US delivery (internal) and not the overseas delivery charge. Am I correct in my assumption? How do I proceed to pay him? Should he somehow adjust the amount or do I pay him in some other way? Thanks Mark

If you do the auto pay thing from eBay, I don't think you can adjust the amount, unless there's a place for insurance and you add it there. Best way is to just get his PayPal payment name (email address or whatever) and pay him manually. There is a selection for "Goods-auction", not that it matters, and it allows you to put whatever amount you want in there for the sale price, shipping and insurance. It may even have a place for you to put the auction number if you make the right selection. If you're not sure of anything, just put it in the notes and he'll get it. Good Luck.
