New Porsche entry level model
For those that believe the Cayenne is a proper Porsche

I'm not sure if the Peppervagen is a 'proper Porsche' or not. But they built it anyway (without consulting me!). And then I wound up buying one. The impressive thing about it is the POWER. In fact, I can't wait to trade mine in about a year & half from now for a Twin-Turbo version. The poor performance of this V6 version makes it a posermobile ...... -- Curt

Its a "modified" VW engine. It probably makes sense for the beancounters and marketing department. I just read the R/RS book by John Starkey in which it is stated that the marketing department did not believe they could sell more then 500 2.7 RS's .......
