Shock(ing) Prices

I still haven't changed my shocks from the original Boges, but the day is getting closer.

A quick comparison of shock prices:

I'm going to go for revalving, I haven't researched it yet, but someone posted that it was $50 a corner. Good luck & let us know what you decide.

I've bought from [insert previously mentioned vendor name here] before and was very pleased. With that said, I just bought front Bilstein sports from Pelican.

Ouch Wayne, I just bought 1k worth of Suspension stuff from you in the last month!! Let's not even get into my year to date purchases! I thought you had a good time at the German fest.
With all due respect. Michael

Granted, this is an off topic post and should be moved. That said, what is wrong with comparisons posted, or mention of another vendor? This is genuine curiosity, no ones prices are top secret.

Right - just because someone spends a lot of $$$ with us, doesn't mean that I'm going to allow people to post comparisons with other places here. Sorry if you're upset that I edited your post, but stating prices, other vendors, and what you got is inappropriate. Read the other flame-fest posts that have appeared on this BBS and you will understand why my mood has changed a bit since I got home...

The exception is products that are not currently sold under Pelican or DriveWerks...

Also, my "banned" post was not directed specifically at you, but at the person who started the inapprorpriate thread.

This board and website is supported soley by the purchases made at Pelican. Referring people to other sites directly jeaopardizes the financial health of Pelican, and thus this board.
